Processing of personal data
WEMATCH.TECH processes your personal data as part of our services and/or the performance of an agreement we have with you. As soon as we begin providing our services and you supply us with (personal) data, we will process it in our systems.
We process your personal data for the purpose of:
- Handling contact requests made through our website.
- Analysing your business processes so we can provide free, independent software advice.
- Facilitating and realising the optimal match between your specific software needs and specialised software vendors from our partner network.
- Organising qualified introduction sessions in which we act as a strategic connector between demand and supply.
- Carrying out targeted marketing activities.
The personal data we may process includes:
- Your first and last name.
- Your address and company details.
- Your phone number and email address.
- Information about your current software stack, ways of working and business ambitions.
Anyone who has access to personal data on behalf of our office is bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Retention periods
We do not retain the personal data we process any longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Typically this is up to five years after our services end.
Your rights
You have the right to know which personal data we have recorded about you (access, correction or erasure). You can submit a written request for this, to which we will respond within four weeks.

Sharing with third parties
Connecting organisations with the right technology partners is the essence of our service. To keep our high-quality advice completely free and without obligation for you, WEMATCH.TECH operates a business model based on partner contributions. This means we share data, including personal data and the analysed software need, with selected software vendors when a relevant match has been established. This sharing always happens transparently and on the basis of your explicit consent during the advisory process.
Security and Website
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures to minimise the risk of loss or misuse. If you nonetheless believe data has been misused, please contact us.
- Contact form: If you complete the contact form on our website or send us an email, the data you send us is kept for as long as needed to fully answer and handle your message.
- Cookies: We use functional and analytical cookies to optimise the website. We do not use tracking cookies.
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. The information is anonymised and processed by Google outside our direct sphere of influence.
- Social media: Our website contains buttons for LinkedIn. Use of these falls under the privacy statement of those platforms. We are not liable for this.
- Third-party websites: This website is linked to third-party websites. We recommend reading the privacy statement of those organisations before using their websites.
